If you want to delete your JustOrder customer account and associated data, you can submit a deletion request below.

Data that will be deleted:

• Customer account
• Phone number
• Profile information
• Ride history

Some information may be retained if required by law or for payment reconciliation.

Requests are processed within 7 working days.
